No registration is required to access our website. If you would like to write to us, you can use our contact form. If you decide to use our contact form, we become the controller of your personal data and will process the following personal data about you:
Email address and phone number. We process this personal data so that we can respond appropriately to your enquiry or request. We process it for a period of 1 year on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of our legitimate interest.

What personal data (cookies) do we process when you browse our website?

Our website uses cookies. A cookie allows a website to record information about your visit (e.g. your preferred language version of the website) and use it the next time you visit. A cookie is a file that a website stores in your web browser and uses on your next visit. We use two types of cookies on our website.

First, we use cookies that are strictly necessary for the technical operation of our website, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Right of access to personal data:
You may ask us to confirm whether or not we process personal data concerning you. If we do, you have the right to access that personal data and the following information:
The purpose of the processing;
The categories of personal data concerned;
The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data;
The period for which the personal data will be stored;
The sources of the personal data;
Whether automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
On request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we process about you, free of charge.

Right to rectification, completion or erasure:
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the protection of your private and personal life or in breach of the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, you may ask us to rectify or erase (destroy) that personal data, or to restrict (block) its processing. You may also object to such processing.

Right to restriction of processing:
You have the right to have the processing of personal data directly concerning you restricted.

Right to data portability:
Under certain conditions, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from the original controller. You also have the right, on request, to have us transmit your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right to object:
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data where the processing is based on the following legal grounds:
The processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party. You may also object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes or profiling. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for those purposes.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, including profiling:
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Automated decision-making is permitted where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between you and us, where it is authorised by EU or Member State law, or where it is based on your explicit consent.
